These terms apply when you use KäpaKohting (Dog Dates) on the web at dogdates.app and in the iPhone app. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

KäpaKohting helps dog owners find dog parks and swimming spots and arrange meetups with other dog owners. The service is free. It is operated by August Rebane.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Use your real name or a nickname and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for everything done from your account.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or send:

• offensive, threatening, hateful or discriminatory content;
• harassment, bullying or other people's personal data;
• nudity, sexual or violent content;
• spam, advertising or scams;
• anything illegal, including depicting or encouraging cruelty to animals.

Such content is removed and the account that posted it may be closed without warning.

Reporting and blocking

If you see objectionable content or behaviour, report it from the user's profile menu ⋯ → "Report user", or email . We review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content and close accounts where needed. You can also block a user so their content no longer reaches you.

Your content

Content you add (profile, photos, comments, meetup notes) stays yours. You allow us to show it to other users in the service. Only add content you have the right to share.

Meetups and safety

Meetups are at your own risk. You are responsible for your dog: health, vaccinations, behaviour and cleaning up. Follow park rules and meet people in public places. We are not responsible for interactions between users or for what happens at meetups.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Park information may be inaccurate. We are not liable for indirect damage except where the law requires.
